1. Services and Age Requirements
We provide professional tattooing and piercing services in a safe and clean environment. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
- Tattoos: You must be at least 18 years old with a valid government-issued photo ID to receive a tattoo. There are no exceptions.
- Piercings: Minors may receive some piercings with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. The minor and the parent/guardian must present valid government-issued photo IDs with a document authenticating guardianship.
2. Booking and Payments
Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
- Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must provide a minimum of 72 hours’ notice. If you fail to provide this notice, your deposit will be forfeited.
- Missed Appointments: If you do not show up for your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit.
- Final Payment: The final payment for all services is due at the time of your appointment.
3. Health and Safety
Your health and safety are our top priorities. You must inform your artist of any medical conditions, allergies, skin sensitivities, or other health concerns before your appointment. We may decline service if a procedure poses a health risk.
- Aftercare: Your artist will provide you with detailed aftercare instructions. You are solely responsible for following these instructions. Soul Survivors Body Art is not responsible for any infections or complications that arise from a failure to follow aftercare instructions.
4. Waiver and Release of Liability
You acknowledge that you are receiving a tattoo or piercing at your own free will and understand there are inherent risks, including but not limited to, pain, discomfort, swelling, bruising, infection, scarring, and allergic reactions. By proceeding with the service, you voluntarily assume all risks and release Soul Survivors Body Art, its artists, and employees from any and all liability for injuries, claims, or damages resulting from the service, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
5. Intellectual Property
All tattoo designs created by our artists are their intellectual property. While you own the final tattoo on your body, the artist retains the copyright to the design itself. Do not copy, reproduce, or use designs from this website without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
Soul Survivors Body Art is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses related to the use of our website or services, except where prohibited by law. We cannot guarantee the outcome of a tattoo or piercing, as results vary based on individual healing and aftercare.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Soul Survivors Body Art, its owners, and employees from any claims, damages, or losses (including legal fees) resulting from your use of our services or website or your violation of these Terms & Conditions.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms will be handled exclusively in the courts of Manitoba.
