To keep your gem shining and secure, follow these care instructions:

Before Your Appointment:

Eat a full meal prior to your appointment, as eating is not advised for at least one hour afterward
Brush and floss your teeth thoroughly before your appointment to ensure optimal application and gem longevity
Avoid whitening toothpaste for 24-48 hours before your appointment
Arrive with a clean mouth free of food particles or residue

After Your Appointment:

Wait 1 hour before eating or drinking anything
Avoid hard, sticky, or chewy foods for the first 24 hours
Stick to clear liquids for 24 hours and soft foods for 12 hours
Skip whitening toothpaste for at least one week after application
Gently brush around the gem area, avoiding direct pressure on the gem itself
Use an alcohol-free mouthwash if desired
Avoid touching or playing with the gem with your tongue or fingers
